The Hotel Avenida Gran Vía is located in the centre of Madrid, in a privileged location in the capital, just a few metres from Gran Vía street and only a few minutes from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the old Madrid de los Austrias.



Our hotel is surrounded by theatres, cinemas, department stores and restaurants, as well as being well connected to the metro and bus network. For all these reasons, it is a perfect accommodation option both for business trips and for exploring and visiting the city.

Double or twin room

Our rooms, ideal for 2 people, have a fully equipped bathroom with shower. They are spacious and bright rooms, approximately 17 m2. There are exterior and interior rooms. 


The rooms are decorated in a modern and different way, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.


Beds: two beds together or a double bed of 150 cm.


On request we have rooms adapted for people with disabilities.

Triple room

The spacious and comfortable triple rooms, for a maximum of 3 people, have a sofa bed and/or an extra bed. 


Most of our triple rooms are exterior. Ideal for families with children. All of them are furnished with either two single beds or a double bed of 150 cm + extra bed or sofa bed.
